At Sacred Science Health Coaching, I help people turn good intentions into lasting change.
Many people already know what they should be doing to improve their health and well-being. The challenge is staying consistent when life, stress, competing priorities, and old habits get in the way.
Through personalized nutrition guidance, empathetic support, accountability, and evidence-based behavior change methods, I help clients bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually following through.

For more than 13 years, I have helped clients improve their health through nutrition education, meal planning, weight management support, and chronic disease education. Throughout that time, I observed a common pattern:
Many people understood what they needed to do and made significant progress—but some struggled to consistently put that knowledge into practice effectively.
This realization led me to pursue advanced training in health and wellness coaching, allowing me to combine nutrition expertise with evidence-based behavior change methods that help clients create lasting change.
